Topics We Accept

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Hearfine Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Hearfine Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide matters for a provider.

If your concern involves how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Ohio.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@hearfine.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Disagree With Our Reply

If you are unhappy with our response, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
